A Mind Infinite

Infinity: The Views of a Dreamer

The Pearl… The Blackness

Too early to push off,
running through the spine electrical impulses proclaim it time
In the sun would it still shine,
be it if floating to close it would glitter against flesh
Blotting out the light of the brightest day,
near enough to snub out the most ecstatic of light
Reflecting dwelling pleasure of flesh,
glistening back in place of the sun to you

Pushing off from the dock,
freezing bitterness of the water pervades the spine
Frozen motionless in blissful wonder,
the clock no more ticks a beat of time drumming on
Simply sublime wrapped in your embrace I lie,
warmth be felt; your pulse ensnaring mine
Beneath cosmos,
fluttering across heavenly skies; above we do our time

Cocooned– begging to stay,
blossoming within the chamber encased
Draped over pale flesh,
rivers of black silk asphyxiate in accordance to your very articulate design
Resist how I cannot,
the cocoon strangling light of day
Black silk wrapped among tissue of skin– it’s armor,
simply sublime

Field after field of thought,
the majesty of dark silky wonder had gone off
Ticking the clock pounds through the skull,
an impulse as nails through the spine
Reminding as I lay on the edge of the dock eager to push off,
how simply sublime to feel the caress of your entrapping bleak silk it is to be
Dare say in the blackest words whispered in dingy back alleys,
delightful would the toxic spell of your enchanted pearl prevail
Be it even in the last gasp of fresh breath,
without you in spite of entanglement– I cannot
