A Mind Infinite

Infinity: The Views of a Dreamer

Comatose

Just lay back adjust your eyes shut,

clear the mind to a blank where nothing can hide in the deepest of darkness

Deeper you must go tunneling through the defense mechanisms of the mind,

to get to the bottom of the rabbit hole

Searching for something where nothing is,

another failed quest from the start

Forgive me if I lack the patience to see it through,

dreaming of a release from the hideous abyss of blankness

No ladder or rope for the eye to see,

curling up at the bottom in desperation of waking from a comatose state

The hole’s crumbled in on itself with jagged rocks piercing through the weakness of muscles and flesh,

taunting in the same voice of the outside that the rabbit hole was merely a trap

Forever encased in the subconsciousness,

to endure the hell of voices echoing down with no responses to the shrieks for help

No escape,

there can be no salvation when the mind and body have conspired in the shadows against you
