A Mind Infinite

Infinity: The Views of a Dreamer

John Brown

I have no need for slavery
nor it’s chains
Infantile in thought,
focusing abusive criminal powers,
to marginalize the minds of the drones,
who walk in society mindlessly,
carelessly in an illusion
Pilgrims on a bleak dark road,
no end in sight — glimmering light at their feet

Mighty thunder charges from the sky,
Onto the ground striking back,
illuminating in the dark,
mapping for the ragged pilgrims the course of the storm,
let the lightning strike and let it fry the circuitry
For it only takes a single spark in the prairie,
to form the blaze which consumes the traditional order,
freeing the people,
John Brown, I am,
I will always be
